The clock is ticking and we await the answer that could change

All our travel plans hinge on the word of one man at this stage and we should have word of that tomorrow (10/06/2009).
As we are not a full bottle yet on how the whole leave system works (Yes it’s not as easy as you think with the PTA) we decided to book the leave after we checked the pricing and date availability of flights. Welll this turned out to not be such a good idea after all. Due to a policy that the PTA has on annual and credit leave, if you do not apply to clear your leave by a certain date, the PTA will allocate them for you. Well the “DRAFT” leave roster was up. Went in to the boss today and asked if we could get it change to suite our travel plans, well let’s just say we did not get the answer we so needed at this point in time.
We await the verdict tomorrow (we hope). Wish us luck! Oh and trust me we will not make this mistake again, that's for sure :)
